2025 CLASS FEES

All school-aged classes at Denmark Dance Company are built around community, creativity, and commitment — and we make it easy for families to get involved with flexible payment options.

How it Works:

  • Tuition fees are to be paid in full, either upfront at the beginning of term or per your direct debit agreement.

  • Families can choose to pay upfront per term or through direct debit payment plans.

  • Direct debit payment plans will be divided evenly across 12 months, covering February (the start of Term 1) to January of the following year. This ensures consistent, manageable monthly payments for families.

  • Additional fees, such as costumes hire fees and other concert related costs will be assessed based on the student’s participation in upcoming performances. Families will be notified of these charges before they are added to the monthly payment.

  • All prices include GST.

How to Register

All enrolments are managed through our DDC Parent Portal:

  1. Fill in our Contact Us form and express interest in your child’s preferred classes (note: enrollment is subject to availability)

  2. We’ll assist you in selecting the right membership plan (e.g. 1 class/week, 2 classes/week, etc.)

  3. Choose your payment option — either term upfront or monthly direct debit

  4. Once confirmed, your child’s place is secured and the fun can begin!

Annual Enrolment Fee

There is a $35 enrolment fee paid annually to secure your child’s place and support enrolment admin, insurance, and system access.

Children and Youth Fees

  • All classes are billed at a flat rate of $20 per class
(Based on a 60-minute format for most school-aged programs)

Private Lessons

  • 30-minute private lesson = $50

  • 45-minute private lesson = $75

  • 60-minute private lesson = $100

Multi-Class Discount (Per Person or Family) - excluding the Musical Theatre Program

  • 1–3 classes per week: No discount

  • 4 classes per week: 5%

  • 5+ classes per week: 10%

Fair and Flexible Billing
Our fees are calculated based on the number of classes in the year. This ensures fairness by accurately reflecting your child’s contact time with our instructors. Direct debit payments evenly spread tuition costs over the year, with no billing during school holidays.

Enrolment CommitmentWhen enrolling, your child’s place is held for the full year. This provides consistency, supports their progress, and reserves their spot in their chosen class.

Mid-Term or Mid-Year Enrollments
Here’s how fees and billing are managed for new enrollments:

  • Pro-Rated Fees:
Students joining mid-term will have their fees adjusted to reflect the number of classes remaining in the term.

  • Direct Debit Payments: For students joining mid-term or mid-year, direct debit payments will be calculated based on the remaining portion of the year and will continue through to January of the following year.

Withdrawal Fee
If students withdraw from Denmark Dance Company, a $15 administrative fee will apply. This fee helps cover the administrative costs of processing cancellations, adjusting the billing system, and managing any costumes that may have already been purchased for the student. We ask for at least two weeks’ written notice. Exceptions may be considered in the case of medical or family emergencies.
